As we are running smoothly we are now ready to bring down the time frame of support and setup. Our team is still small, which means that our customer service is running from 10:00 to 22.00 CET. During this time any orders or support tickets will be replied to within 2 hours. Outside these times fast support can currently not be guaranteed. Our control panel is operated and tested and will be available for all our clients. Apart from the option to start/stop/restart the server you can monitor the status and do minor updates. It is possible to change the config files, however note that the panel does check for number of slots and branding (if applicable). Finally should you have any problems, there is a ticket system to contact our support team. The ticket system can also be used to report any attack or requests for route blocking. |

Upgrade installation We are in the process of upgrading our hardware for the official opening. While the installation of the hardware is going well, we have to wait for some software licenses in order to serve our customers. If you have ordered a game hosting package in the last 24 hours, expect a slight delay in delivery time. Provided the license are activated as expected, we will have all up and running by Friday morning. Your billing cycle will not start until the server has been activated Opening As we are finalizing the last glitches we are well on our way to fully functionality of our site and servers. The Daleth2 server is being installed as we speak. We are planning an affiliate system so that our users and others will be able to earn money from referrals. Look out for our announcement on this.
